A small ledger for OKX vouchers: claim date, conditions met and expiry in one place

Vouchers, fee coupons and trial funds on OKX each come with their own conditions and expiry. A simple ledger shows what you hold, what still has to happen and when it disappears, without relying on memory.

OKX | the reader's region | the reader's funding currency | referral terms and fee claims

After a few campaigns, the rewards section of an OKX account can look like a drawer of loose receipts. One voucher needs a trade on a specific product, another only reduces fees, a third expires next week and a fourth was never activated. Nothing about this is complicated, but it is easy to forget, and an expired reward cannot usually be restored. A plain spreadsheet or notebook page with six columns is enough to keep everything in view, and it doubles as evidence if you ever need to ask support why a reward did not arrive.

Find every reward the account holds

Start in the app under Rewards or the rewards centre linked from your profile; on the web, look for the same area in the account menu. Many reward pages have separate tabs for available, used and expired items, so open each one. Note anything still marked as pending, since some rewards only appear after a condition is met. If you joined a campaign through an event page, revisit that page from the app as well, because its progress tracker sometimes shows tasks that the rewards list does not.

Six columns that answer every question later

For each item record: the name exactly as OKX shows it; where it came from, such as a referral, a campaign or a fee programme; the date you claimed or received it; the condition attached, copied word for word from the terms; the expiry date and time with the time zone; and its status. Copying the condition text matters because summaries drift. When a reward says it applies to a certain product or trading pair, write that down too. A fee coupon used on the wrong market simply does nothing.

Link rewards to the trades that used them

When you place a trade intended to use a coupon or voucher, add the order ID and date to that row. Afterwards, open the order details or the fee column in your trade history and check whether the fee was reduced or the voucher marked as used. The fee schedule page explains how normal fees are calculated, which helps you tell whether the discount appeared. If it did not, your ledger already holds the reward name, the condition text and the order ID, which is exactly what support will ask for.

A weekly two-minute review

Once a week, sort the ledger by expiry date. Anything due within the next few days gets a decision: use it on a trade you would make anyway, or let it go. Avoid opening positions only to consume a voucher, especially futures trial funds, because the loss on a rushed trade can be larger than the reward. Move used and expired items to a separate tab so the active list stays short. Keep the archive; it is a useful record of what campaigns actually delivered compared with what their banners suggested.

Risk boundary: OKX Referral Terms Guide

Digital assets are volatile and derivatives can amplify losses. This website has no login, wallet connection, deposit form or customer-support chat. A referral link only records attribution; it does not guarantee access, pricing, rewards, approval or investment results. Availability can differ by residence, legal entity and product, so no regional access is assumed from language or branding alone.

Scenario checkpoint

  • Check the available, used and expired tabs in the OKX rewards area before building the ledger.
  • Copy each reward condition word for word rather than writing your own summary of it.
  • Record expiry date, time and time zone for every voucher or coupon you hold.
  • Add the order ID whenever a trade is meant to use a reward, then confirm it was applied.
  • Skip a voucher rather than opening a trade you would not otherwise make just to use it.
